I have other high levels but they dont have the best endurance since they have been leveling inside the vault through power, water, and food rooms.

Also, the longer they stay in the wasteland, the higher the chances of better rewards.

I understand how the special stats work in questing and wastelanding, but should I wait to start leveling these until I get 10 in the important stats or should i just send them out as soon as I get 10 endurance as the other stats aren't effected by the level necessarily? You should send lvl 1 dwellers with high endurance, that way, you ensure they last enough to return by themselves (because they cant carry more items). I do have a lot of level 1 dwellers i'm waiting to get points into endurance to 10 and other specials before sending them out on quests and wasteland travel. I've just put points into them as they leveled. I didn't do the whole endurance thing from level 1 with these. So far I've slowly put special points into these 3 dwellers and they are around level 30 now. When should I be doing quests? Should I get gear first through wasteland travel and then do quests? Does it really make a difference? I have 3 vault dwellers I've grown accustomed to sending out on quests.
